Job Summary/Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting students, administrators, faculty and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner, answering incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate person or taking messages, distributing office mail, scheduling appointments for students, academic advisors and career coordinators, assisting support and administrative staff with various projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
-High school diploma and two years of experience directly related to the job functions (directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience)
-Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
-Excellent customer service skills in a high traffic office setting
-Clear, professional, and pleasant demeanor both in person and via phone
-Advanced organizational skills with experience in either personal and/or professional settings.
-Attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications
-Prior knowledge of University systems (MyWings, Banner, etc.)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
