Expected Salary:

Competitive and commensurate with education and experience
Required Qualifications:

License to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes with appropriate experience.
Preferred:
  • Certification/Licensure in the State of Florida and Federal DEA Certification
  • Medical Degree – MD or DO
  • Completion of accredited surgical residency
