Description
:
Coordinates the gathering of, maintains, and analyzes data, information, and documents related to progress being made in the EEO related training and compliance initiatives and other programs.
Develops and prepares timely reports and manages all communications that disseminate information related to ECRC-Training and Compliance and its initiatives via print and web-based channels.
Assists in developing and implementing processes to track and monitor training, presentations, and other EEO interventions.
Generates statistical reports that summarize the analysis results in presentation formats such as graphs, charts, and tables.
Maintains ECRC-Training and Compliance budgets, ensuring prompt payment of departmental bills and ordering supplies.
Provides daily project management and communication support for the office and performs strategic projects as assigned.
Assists in designing, creation, and delivery of educational material, presentations, and learning modules for employees that enhances awareness and increases skills in the areas of affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, equity, access, Title IX, and compliance competence.
Coordinates conferences, workshops, trainings, educational sessions, and meeting logistics.
Develops and designs marketing materials for educational sessions via print,
electronic including University boards, and web-based channels.
Supervise student workers.
Updates and maintains AA/EEO Training and Compliance website.
Maintains Women at Work Series and ECRC Training and Compliance budgets, ensuring prompt payment of departmental bills and ordering supplies.
Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
