Location
 

Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.


Job Summary
 

Facilitates and assists in the development of curricula, webinars, workshops, presentations, trainings, microcredentials, and other learning and practice-based strategies for the Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Inclusive Excellence. Collaborates with internal campus partners to provide innovative training and education opportunities across campus. Facilitates or assists in the execution of high-quality events that advance Kennesaw State University's mission and vision, as well as strategic priorities and goals. Executive communications and public relations strategies on behalf of the Division.


Responsibilities
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducts training sessions in a variety of formats; in-person, online, hybrid, etc.
2. Creates training resources such as handouts, quick guides, and video tutorials
3. Provides direct supervision to Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Inclusive Excellence interns
4. Works with student peer educators to provide trainings for student organizations related to organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and inclusive excellence
5. Assists in developing and marketing programming and outreach initiatives in the areas of organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and inclusive excellence
6. Collaborates with the Division of Student Affairs on student leadership programming and initiatives
7. Develops or assists in the development, promotion, and coordination of Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Inclusive Excellence signature events
8. Supports and develops efforts to involve alumni in KSU and Division activities
9. Develops promotional materials, communication tools, and public relations strategies for the Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Inclusive Excellence
10. Assists in website and social media content management for the Division of Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, and Inclusive Excellence


Required Qualifications
 

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field
Required Experience
Three (3) years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications
 

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in higher education
Demonstrated Graphic design and technical communication skills
Intermediate or advanced competencies related to technology, including Kennesaw State University (KSU) and University System of Georgia (USG) applications
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
 


Proposed Salary
 

The budgeted salary range is $54,160 to $63,200.  Offers are based on relevant experience.
