HOURS: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM

SALARY: $16.68 - $26.31/HR

BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the development of training programs and quality controls related to MUHC systems. Lead and participate in actual training sessions and training specific to practice policies and procedures regarding system functions.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES

Provide training support to end users.

Use innovative techniques to develop, coordinate and deliver training to end users utilizing a variety of training methods to improve and maintain successful outcomes.

Consult and partner with leadership and the technology department to ensure appropriate build in all appropriate domains, ensure appropriate access and determine support needs.

Develop positive relationships with leadership and end users throughout the healthcare system in order to effectively implement relevant training objectives and measure training outcomes and inform leadership of any performance concerns.

Manage, plan, implement and evaluate training and special projects as assigned.

Participate in committees to give recommendations on process and determine education/communication needs.

Research, create and update education materials to ensure materials are up-to-date, relevant and compliant with regulatory and industry standards.

Manage and document the quality measures..

Qualifications

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Two (2) years of customer service and health care.   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous training experience is preferred.Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
