Summary:
The Total Rewards Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing the College’s comprehensive total rewards strategy, which includes compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and recognition programs. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are aligned with the College’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 5+ years in a Human Resources department, with a concentration in compensation and benefits administration
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and other Office 365 products, and HRIS systems
Preferred qualifications:
- HRCI, CEBS, or SHRM certification
- Computer Skills: HRIS background in UKG
SALARY
$72,000 - $82,000
Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
