Essential Job Duties
  • Process ticket orders; phone, mail, internet, and in person.
  • Work performances in the evenings and on weekends.
  • Serve as Team Leader during all box office shifts.
  • Problem-solve customer service related issues as they arise, providing solutions when possible and notifying management when necessary.
  • Provide superior customer service to patrons.
  • Communicate policies and procedures clearly.
  • Process financial transactions accurately.
  • Follow rules and procedures.
  • Keep up to date on new events, ticketing procedures and policies.
  • Promote various arts events.
  • Attend training sessions and staff meetings, presenting on assigned topics.
  • Assist with training new student employees.
  • Assist the Director of Ticketing with special projects as assigned.
