Therapist - Navesink Psychological Services (Red Bank)

Navesink Psychological Services is a rapidly expanding out-of-network private practice located in Red Bank and Oceanport, NJ. Specializing in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), our dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting mental wellness.

Job Responsibilities

-Provide evidence-based CBT treatment to clients, with a focus on pediatric populations.
-Offer parent/guardian coaching and family therapy sessions as needed.
-Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
-Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

-Licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) in the state of New Jersey.
-Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a mental health setting.
-Additional consideration given to candidates with experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in client care.
