DUTIES

• Assists at the front counter and over-the-phone customer service
• Performs general office filing and copying
• Assists with mass mail-outs
• All other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

• Must be able to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Must be customer service oriented and have customer service experience
• Must be able to work all available shifts and be flexible during office peak times
• Must be able to present class schedule during interview
