Work Schedule | 27 hours per week to be scheduled the following times: Monday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Tuesday: 11:00 AM -4:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM -3:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday: 9:00AM – 12:00 PM Applicants must be flexible with schedule |

Special Assignments | May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. |
KSA's/Required Qualifications | · Knowledge of effective customer service techniques both in person and in an automated environment · Knowledge of college admission policies, procedures, and programs of study · Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with administrators, faculty, and staff · Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with a diverse public · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Ability to work varied hours (weekends and evening) and locations (required) · Demonstrated skill with operating a PC and experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software · Ability to obtain necessary certifications for testing center during work hours within one month of employment |
Additional Considerations | · Experience in a college or university environment · Knowledge of assessment screening principles and measures · Knowledge of state and federal policies regarding FERPA regulations · Knowledge of student information systems; PeopleSoft |
