TEMPORARY SERVICES: Human Resources Specialist - (T215000)
Description
Under minimal supervision, maintains personnel records, often of a complex and confidential nature, for Cooper Green Mercy Health Services Authority. Receives records, reviews and verifies appropriateness of documentation. Prepares, scans, stores and retrieves documents ensuring accuracy of forms and documents scanned. Researches files for information upon request. Responsible for verifying current licensure/registration for identified staff. Supports the Provider Onboarding process for all new providers. Responsible for tracking and onboarding residents/fellows, volunteers, and interns. Responsible for coordination of Human Resources special projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and scans all HR documents. Maintain the Expiring Certification/Licensure spreadsheet. Supports the Physician Onboarding team in the onboarding process for all CGMHSA providers. Including initiating the Onboarding as indicated on the Provider Onboarding Checklist Performs other assigned functions to assist in the operation of the Human Resource Department. Tracking, onboarding , and schedule coordination for residents/fellows
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and three (3) years responsible administrative support experience. Computer experience, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to manage a large workload with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to meet deadlines. Applicants may be required to demonstrate knowledge of personnel documents as part of the interview process.
Preferred: Previous records management/imaging experience preferably in Human Resources. Prior experience working with confidential information.
