Description of Work Unit | Colorado State University Bookstore, located inside Lory Student Center, on the Fort Collins campus serves as a main provider of course materials and merchandise for the CSU Community. The mission of the Colorado State University Bookstore is to provide students with essential tools to successfully pursue and achieve their educational goals and objectives for the purpose of higher learning. The Bookstore will cultivate a culture that fosters the exchange of ideas, recognizes individual value, and is committed to the education of students, staff, campus, and faculty. We will empower a dedicated staff whose priority is to exceed each customer’s expectations. |

Position Summary | *Mandatory training starts 1/03/2023 *Temp assignment ends 02/06/2023. *Mandatory training starts 01/03/2023. Only apply if you can commit and be present in the Bookstore to fill job requirements. *Based on job performance and Bookstore need, there is a possibility of working Fall and Spring rushes beyond Spring 2023. *Shifts vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday when needed. *Interviews will be scheduled starting December 2022. *Due to volume of applicants, questions can only be answered via email. Pay: $13.65 per hour Duties · Cashiering and Refunds DP · Assisting Customers on sales floor VWC · Answering Phones VWC · Straightening Merchandise PA · Carrying Books IT · Fulfilling Textbook Preorders (Regular lifting required) PA · Creating a fun place for students, faculty, staff, and guests to shop.
