Temporary Pool Real Estate 2017-2020

The College of Business Administration and Information Sciences is seeking applicants for a pool of candidates to fill the anticipated temporary faculty positions to teach courses in Finance for AY 2017-2020. Applicants in previous pools must reapply to be considered. All positions are contingent upon the availability of funding.

MBA or Business Master’s degree is required for the real estate position. Applicants must have the ability to teach in a mix of the following areas: real estate fundamentals, real estate practice, real estate appraisal, and real estate investments.

Preference will be given to a Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant field, and to those who are academically and/or professionally qualified candidates as per AACSB standards.

Review of applications will begin on March 15, 2017 and continue until the position is filled.

Applicants must complete a successful interview. Prior to employment the successful candidate will be required to obtain and submit current clearances from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Pennsylvania State Police and the FBI.
