Temporary Pool Business Law 2017-2020

The College of Business Administration and Information Sciences is seeking applicants for a pool of candidates to fill the anticipated temporary faculty positions to teach courses in Business Law for AY 2017-2020. Applicants in previous pools must reapply to be considered. All positions are contingent upon the availability of funding.

Juris Doctor required. Applicants must have the ability to teach in a mix of the following areas: legal environment, legal research, criminal law and legal writing.

Preference will be given to academically and professionally qualified candidates as per AACSB standards. Prior teaching experience is a plus.

Review of applicants will begin on March 15, 2017 and continue until the position is filled.

Applicants must complete a successful interview. Prior to employment the successful candidate will be required to obtain and submit current clearances from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Pennsylvania State Police, and the FBI.
