Temporary Part-Time Research Assistant

Job Summary:

This research assistant position aids Dr. Kenneth Hunt in orthopedic foot and ankle research.

The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Coordination of research projects including both clinical and translational projects
• Biospecimen collections in the operating room and clinical settings
• Transports of biospecimens between locations
• Performs proper informed consent process or ensures that the informed consent process has occurred
• Statistical analysis of data
• Submission of protocols to the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
• Drafting and assisting in the writing/editing of abstracts and manuscripts 

Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, Colorado.

·       must be enrolled in or graduated from medical school.

Anticipated Pay Range:

The hiring rate for this position has been established at $19.23 / hour.  The above salary rate represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.
