Job Description:

The Professional Performance Division Office is seeking a temporary part-time office coordinator to assist with general office operations for approximately 15-weeks starting in mid-July to cover a maternity leave. Tasks will include maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors to the office, managing the Dean's calendar, and organizing, processing, and tracking form submissions for a variety of processes including travel, purchasing, guest artist and faculty compensation, and student class waiver requests. Experience with online data management services such as Salesforce are a plus, as well as experience with digital signature platforms such as HelloSign, and Google Docs/Forms/Sheets. Musical experience preferred.

  • Managing the Dean’s calendar

  • Processing Division Payments

  • Managing internal division e-forms

  • Managing e-signature platform

  • Creating student waivers, entering registrations, and communicating with faculty/students regarding this process

  • Processing class coverage forms and additional compensation for division faculty

  • Managing division guest artist requests and processing them in Workday

  • Coordinating and booking travel for guest artists, students, and faculty for college-related trips

  • Managing room reservation requests

  • Entering work orders

  • Directing walk-ins to the appropriate areas and answering general division questions
  • ​Other duties as assigned
