Description

 

DUTIES

  • Initiates contact with students regarding their course withdrawal, providing crucial information and resources to support them
  • Maintains accurate records of student data and interactions
  • Directs students to appropriate departments for assistance 
  • Follows up on questions, comments, or concerns from submissions of the Enrollment Management (EM) survey. Reach out to departments mentioned in the EM survey
  • Assists with special projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion
