Position Description:

The Social Justice Youth Development (SJYD) Training of Trainers (ToT) Consultant will bring their expertise and lived experience to help inform the content and structure of the Training of Trainers program. The goal of the ToT program is to increase the number of qualified trainers to help train more community members in SJYD. ToT consultants will review ToT content and provide feedback in bi-weekly planning sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Evidence of successful engagement with group task completion
• Demonstrated proficiency in use of computers and software and other technological tools to facilitate efficient and creative project engagement.
