Description of Work Unit
The CSU Annual Giving and Membership team is hiring for Digital Engagement Center Managers! Student Managers will assist with daily operations of the Digital Engagement Center by overseeing student ambassadors, entering and verifying data, and promoting a positive work environment.

Position Summary
  • Create a positive work environment and motivate student ambassadors through games, incentives, and feedback. (Leadership, Creativity, Problem Solving, Inclusive Teamwork)
  • Ensure student ambassadors have relevant information and updates each shift. (Leadership, Verbal Communication)
  • Review call results and prospect information changes for accuracy. (Digital Proficiency, Written Communication)
  • Enforce rules and policies. (Leadership, Verbal Communication, Personal Accountability)
  • Continue working as a Student Ambassador for at least one shift each week and accomplishing all tasks associated with that role.
Position Minimum Qualifications
  • Two month’s experience as a Digital Engagement Center Student Ambassador within the past 12 months
  • Upholds CSU Principles of Community and UA’s mission for Inclusive Excellence by contributing to and providing an inclusive and respectful experience for colleagues and external audiences
  • Must be willing to work fall and spring semester in upcoming year
  • This position is required to work at least two of the following shifts each week:
    • Sunday 11:30am – 2:30 pm
    • Sunday 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
    • Monday 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    • Tuesday 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    • Wednesday 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    • Thursday 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications
  • Above average calling results in the past 12 months
  • Ability to work summer 2023
  • Consistent and reliable attendance as a student caller in the past 12 months
  • Involvement with extracurricular organizations or departmental program at CSU
