The School of Arts and Science is looking for a Temp Pre Awards Grant Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with faculty, fellows, department administrators, research support staff, and the Office of Research Administration (ORA) to ensure the timely, compliant, and accurate preparation of sponsored research applications, progress reports, and other documents related to pre-award.

  • Administer grant applications to be submitted to various funding agencies, reviewing all documents to assure compliance with institutional and agency guidelines.

  • When notified by ORA of a Just in Time (JIT), working closely with the PI and post-award to assemble required documentation.

  • Coordinate grant and fellowship application activities with department administrators, post award managers, and the appropriate university offices

This is a part-time (average 17.5hours a week), temporary position.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Pre Awards Grants is required.
