The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (ODEI) at the University of Michigan provides strategic leadership for programs and policies that result in increased access and success for all students, the recruitment and retention of diverse faculty, and the development and expansion of academic programs that prepare all students for success in a diverse world.

The ODEI Evaluation and Assessment (E&A) office is seeking a Technology Solutions Manager to support and manage database infrastructure and technology solutions to support data management, evaluation, and business processes for ODEI units, programming, and initiatives. Salesforce provides key data infrastructure to support ODEI's operations.  You will be responsible for working with the ODEI units to design data infrastructure to support their business processes as well as ODEI data and evaluation needs.
You will report to the Director of Evaluation and Assessment within ODEI. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position, and details can be worked out with your supervisor.

Note that this position is currently funded for two years with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
