The Integrated Service Center (ISC) supports the University’s faculty, staff and student workers by serving as a first point of contact for designated HR and Payroll inquiries and by processing a limited scope of centralized Human Capital Management (HCM) transactions (i.e., within the HR, Benefits and Payroll domains).  The hallmarks of the ISC are in delivering services that are timely, accurate and highly attuned to the fast-paced university environment.

As a member of the ISC PMO, the ISC Technology Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and coordinating analysis of business processes and service management outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting Workday change request and production control processes, collaborating with other ISC team members and stakeholders to promote consistent continual improvement processes and providing project management support for all major scheduled and ad-hoc Workday functionality roll-outs/activities (e.g., Open Enrollment, Annual Merit processes, mass updates, etc.). This position works closely and collaboratively with a team responsible for projects and optimizing the processes and controls associated with changes in our Workday system. This can include change requests, break/fix, system updates as part of a project or optimization or preparation for additional Workday module or remediation work associated with new projects. This role will also support the work on Finance Transformation, the University’s large scale project to modernize its finance operations, business systems and processes.

In order to be successful, the incumbent will need to exhibit excellent organizational and project leadership skills. Additionally, the role will require strong analytical acumen, broad awareness of key organizational objectives, an ability to prioritize multiple timelines and competing goals and work seamlessly with peers.
