ATLAS (Accessible Teaching, Learning, & Assessment Systems) is seeking a technology project coordinator to support the technology needs of the center. With more than 60 staff, the center serves Pre-K through 12th grade students with disabilities, struggling learners, and teachers through several projects focused on improving student outcomes. This position will provide integral support for helping define the center’s software development requirements and coordinating administrative projects and activities that require a high degree of specialized knowledge.
45% - Under supervision of the Technology Project Manager, work with ATLAS staff to maintain records, monitor timelines, support internal users, and track functionality changes (e.g. maintain user accounts, troubleshoot and track submitted issues, create and review documentation, answer functionality questions, train internal users on new software features).
45% - Under supervision of the Technology Project Manager, communicate ATLAS needs and coordinate with Agile Technology Solutions (e.g. submit defects and test fixes, review requirements for new features, account management for external users, coordinate user acceptance testing, assist in negotiating schedules).
10% - Other technology-related responsibilities as required (e.g., drafting materials for presentations, researching issues, collaborating with other teams on project deliverables).
