Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of relevant job experience.
2. 3+ years minimum experience in Information Technology or related field, with significant hands-on &
program leadership experience.
3. Strong understanding of project management and project management tools
4. Strong understanding of major technical operations and delivery domains
5. Strong understanding of fundamental ITIL/Service Management practices and processes
6. Strong understanding of asset management processes and toolsets, including CMDB (Configuration
Management Database)
7. Understanding of healthcare provider environment preferred
8. Experience in developing strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and implementation plans
9. Appropriate behavior when handling sensitive and confidential situations
10. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across many assignments
11. Ability to identify, evaluate, classify, and organize IT operational risks and develop corresponding
12. remediation plans, also developing same with operational owners and for leadership review and approval
13. Strong skillset in process development and redesign, including development, audit and revision of
standard operating procedures and any required updates to related policies.
14. Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
15. Expert usage of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
16. Excellent communication skills as related to strategies, schedules, tasks, deliverables, risks, and issues.
17. Possess strong, engaging, and persuasive communication / presentation skills (oral & written) to various
levels of staff including management and executive leadership
18. Advanced problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities
19. Proven experience working with business leaders to break down seemingly complex problems into
20. actionable tasks
21. Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to deal effectively with difficult interactions and tough issues
22. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across many stakeholder groups both internal and external
23. Strong interpersonal skills with proven record of effective collaboration and cross-functional alignment
