The Department of Teaching and Learning invites applications to fill a temporary instructor position for the course Organizational Behavior and Program Development.
 Examples of Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to teaching a graduate level section of Organizational Behavior and Program Development course. Instruction will occur online asynchronously. Weekly office hours will be required as well.
Instructors will teach Bloomsburg University Master Degree candidates the following: the functions and tasks of educational administration. Along with the evolving school and college setting; the meaning, development, and work of school and college administrators; educational systems analysis; school and college personnel administration; administrative and organizational behavior; and career ladders in educational administration.
 Qualifying Experience / Education:
Required: 
  • Master's degree in Education Leadership or closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in an accredited k-12 or higher educational services institution 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience 
Preferred
  • Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership 
  • Experience teaching in Higher education, in the content area of Educational Leadership
  • A strong academic, research and training background.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
