Teaching Assistant and Grader for PHYS 151Full Job Description:
The Engineering Department is hiring a grader for PHYS 151: Physics for Engineers II. The grader will work approximately 5-10 hours per week during the Spring 2024 semester.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Grade weekly problem sets and periodic quizzes
- Solutions will be provided
- Work will need to be completed in a timely manner (typically a week turnaround)
- Meet with the instructors for approximately 15-30 minutes every week to go over the plans for the upcoming week.
Qualifications:
- Required: successful completion of PHYS 151: Physics for Engineers II
- Required: Attention to detail
- Preferred: previous grading experience
Compensation: $18.07/hr
