The NNPD coach will be responsible for providing coaching to teachers and assistant teachers on the implementation of instructional strategies learned in the courses. They will meet twice a month with each teacher or instructional team (teacher and assistant teacher working in the same classroom). The Teaching Coach will meet with Principal Investigator every other week to discuss teachers progress in implementing the strategies discussed in the different courses, and work collaboratively to identify resources and supports based on teachers and their classrooms needs. The coach will complete detailed reports of coaching sessions that will be analyzed for project evaluation and fidelity of implementation purposes.
