Job Summary
Skilled professional needed to join the University of Kentucky (UK) Targeted Assessment Program (TAP). We are looking for a team member with strong clinical and case management skills. Candidates should be passionate about helping others and advocating for those in need.
The TAP Specialist will be a UK employee co-housed at the Department for Community Based Services office in Pike County, KY.
Duties include conducting participant assessments in the areas of substance use, mental health, intimate partner violence victimization, learning problems, and basic needs; connecting program participants with services and resources; providing follow-up to support improved outcomes; and collaborating with community partners.
This is a hybrid position, with the option for some remote work.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience in social work, counseling/treatment, case management, and other supportive services or equivalent; Driver’s license preferred.
