Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary | The Talent Management Assistant will be responsible for data entry and maintenance in University HR systems. They will handle data intake, record maintenance, and assist in the onboarding of new employees. This role will act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Student Employment, Total Rewards, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Payroll, and other university departments. The individual in this role will manage employee records within HR systems, provide clerical support for record digitization, archival, and disposition. They will also offer frontline support to new employees, requiring effective communication and customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone. Additional administrative or clerical tasks may be assigned as needed. This recruitment has 2 open positions, and it will be a full-time, in-person position. |
