Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top candidates. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing will be essential as we navigate today’s competitive job market. You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Generalist alike, implement effective sourcing strategies, and contribute to reshaping our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Excellence: Scour job descriptions and candidate profiles to identify matches for open opportunities. Leverage your sourcing skills and knowledge of various technologies to build a versatile candidate pool.
- Collaborative Relationships: Develop collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels. Your consultative approach and thoughtful organizational navigation will drive success.
- Strategic Recruitment: Execute strategic sourcing and recruitment plans across technical and non-technical disciplines. Stay ahead of the curve by embracing new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Ideal candidate has over five years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience across various disciplines.
