Job Summary: 

Responsible for sourcing, assessing, referring and/or selecting talent for various high-volume positions across academic and medical specialties.

Job Duties: 

  • Effectively owns the full-cycle recruiting process which encompasses sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop target candidate profiles and sourcing strategies specific to assigned requisition/position.
  • Proactively builds candidate pipelines for defined positions and departments.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.
  • Develops offer recommendations and extends offers to candidates.
  • Develops sourcing plans which support broader organizational goals and business strategies.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree is required. This position cannot accept experience in lieu of education.

Experience:

Three (3) years of recruiting experience is required. Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Additional Licenses and Certifications:

PHR certification is preferred.
