Job Description

Human Resources is responsible for establishing HR-related policies and controls, partnering with clients to provide solutions, executing HR operations, providing and interpreting HR-related information and supporting strategic decisions. Talent Acquisition is responsible for the ongoing strategy and implementation of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent.

As a member of the Medical Center Talent Acquisition Team, our Talent Recruitment Coordinators provide comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer service. Responsibilities include hire processing and compliance tasks, reference management, responding to recruitment related emails and phone calls, and collaborating with Customer Service to resolve processing errors or issues. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and one year of administrative or Human Resources related experience.

  • 2 years relevant work experience.

Desired Qualifications
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills; efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks. Experience with high volume HR-related processing, and familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Excel and DocuSign.

Additional Information:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. Duties and responsibilities include:

95% - Provides comprehensive recruitment support for the Talent Acquisition Team at the Wexner Medical Center by completing all new hire processing tasks including include references, answering  emails and calls, submitting tickets to resolve processing issues, etc.

5% - Other duties as assigned
