The department of Human Resources supports the staff and management of The Ohio State University Medical Center. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, professional associations, academic relations, and the community at-large.

Serves as a member of the Medical Center Recruitment Team responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that will result in the successful recruitment of various healthcare professionals, both clinical and non-clinical. This position works closely with department managers, administration and staff to understand and the recruitment needs of each department.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Considerable (3-5 years) experience in human resources-related capacity required managing a large volume of openings and a diverse group of customers. Healthcare recruitment strongly desired.
