Position Summary: |
The University of Dayton is a top-tier Catholic research university with academic offerings from The Information Systems Specialist will be working with fundraising systems and applications used by the Advancement Division in order to support, maintain, and continuously improve the division's data analytics and reporting. This position is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the Advancement systems infrastructure to assist in continuously improving the division's systems usage, data analytics, and reporting needs. This position will work in collaboration with other units within Advancement. The primary division application is Salesforce, which currently consists of Affinaquest RM, Blackthorn event management system, and Apsona reporting. Main responsibilities include report/dashboard creation, various types of data-related requests (data sets for mail\email solicitations, system imports files, etc.), Team Dynamix workflow creation/maintenance, |

Minimum Qualifications: |
An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS program or three years of equivalent work experience in the information systems field. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: Experience with database management applications and reporting tools, including MSSQL, Salesforce, and Affinaquest. |
