Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift

Under limited supervision within the MSO environment is responsible for the analysis, design, estimating, development, documentation, testing, and implementation of MSO system applications.  Provides maintenance and support for existing systems and new systems needed to interact with IDX.  Acts as a direct liaison with users, technical support, training, and operations personnel and outside vendors.


Position Requirements:
Education and Experience:  

Required:  BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.  Directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. High School diploma or equivalent required.   An understanding of computer hardware and software principles and a proven ability to interface effectively with users.  A minimum of (3) years’ experience in the analysis, design, and development of system applications.

Preferred:  Five (5) years’ experience in the analysis, design, and development of system applications.  Experience in medical billing system design and analysis along with a working knowledge of medical billing practices.
