UW Medical Stores currently has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL TIME SUPPLY CHAIN TECHNICIAN, Weekday Nights (M-F 2230-0700) position in Medical Stores at UWMC-Montlake.

The Supply Chain Technician 1 (SCT 1) reports to the local Supply Chain Materials & Logistics Supervisor/Manager with additional oversight from the local Assistant Director/Site Lead at UW Medical Center Medical Stores.

The SCT 1 receives, warehouses, couriers, puts away, requisitions, picks, distributes, and/or delivers general, medical, and surgical supplies and equipment throughout various healthcare settings. Although use of material handling and transportation equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand dollies, vans, and cargo trucks is typical for this work, driving a truck that requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is not required.
