Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, assigning, and ticket tracking of the support staff ticketing system. Supervises office and staff support. Collaborates with Manager of Administrative Services in process and procedure improvements. Serves as primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. Provides complex administrative assistance in the areas of program and project planning, research, and analysis. Serves on a variety of committees in a support capacity. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree preferably in office administration, business administration or a related field.
  • Four (4) years of administrative experience.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in office Administration, business administration or a related field.
  • Administrative experience in a higher education setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on a wide range of issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively work on a team and practice inclusion with all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing large amounts of data, maintain detailed comprehensive records, analyze, and organize information, have effective project, and time management skills.
  • Ability to successfully perform general math calculations and have strong calculation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate collegially with a multidisciplinary staff and throughout the CSU community.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
