Summary:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting various areas of IS&S (help desk, tier 2, networking, etc.)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with software and hardware issues
Answering phones and emails
Assisting walk-in customers
Other duties as assigned
