Position Highlights The Department of History seeks Summer Session Instructors to teach a History Studies subject course, prepare syllabus, develop and grade exams, assign projects, coach students and more.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Department of History, at the University of Arizona, seeks a Summer Instructor for Summer 2024, to provide part time instruction. Pay will be contingent and based on student enrollment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare course materials
  • Plan class lectures and assignments
  • Grade assigned papers and exams
  • Hold regular office hours
  • Administer Exams
Minimum Qualifications
  • Completed MA in History or similar field to that of the course subject.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD in History.
