Are you a student centric professional who is passionate about helping students be their best? The Office of University Advising Initiatives and Student Success is seeking three (3) enthusiastic individuals to serve in the role as Success Coach. We invite qualified applicants to apply for our openings! Success Coaches serve as mission-guided, student centric professionals who serve as the primary contact to first-year students to help navigate academic, vocational, social and wellness journeys while promoting belonging, agency and engagement in and outside the classroom. This position will also play a pivotal role in helping the institution to achieve its Marianist vision of education, retention and graduation goals. This position will report to the Director of University Advising Initiatives and Student Success (Academic Affairs & Learning Initiatives) with additional accountability to the Dean of Students Office (Student Development) |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university |
Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: Completion of Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, social work or similar discipline |
