Job Description
The purpose of this role is to keep the daily needs of office maintenance flowing smoothly, with great attention to restocking the tools needed by the therapists. Duties would include but not be limited to the following tasks: creating client files and all related file materials, stocking intake documents for initial sessions, maintaining and restocking supplies for use in the Therapy Suite, CFL Reception Area, and File Room, making copies, and various other office related duties
Skills & Requirements

Requirements include: enrollment within the MSFT program at the University (preferred), ability to dress professionally, good communication skills both in the office and over the phone, excellent ability to maintain confidentiality, and some computer and copier skills (familiarity with Microsoft Word).

Days/Hours (Note: Policy dictates students may only work 25 hours total per week for ALL student jobs they hold):

This position requires one person 10 hours weekly; in a day-time schedule, preferably three to five days a week, negotiated with the Director of CFL & Campus Mental Health.
