Job Summary
You must be a current UK student to apply to this position. 
Private residence is looking for help with routine yard work and possibly some minor repairs.
Must have reliable transportation. Property is located near Raven Run nature sanctuary.
Mostly outdoor garden/yard work: cleanup; planting; transplanting; removal of invasive species; possible minor repairs.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Required Skills
 
Knowledge about plants and animals. 
Hardworking individual able to work without constant supervision.
Familiar with and able to use common yard tools.
No allergies to dogs or cats.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Must have reliable transportation – not a bicycle.
Work is outside for the most part. Applicant must be able to cope with the weather.
GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
Clean driving and criminal record preferred.
Preferred Skills
 
Good communication skills.
Cooperative attitude.
Flexibility with time .Applicant is not expected to work in the rain, etc.
Property is heavily wooded. Familiarity with Kentucky trees would be helpful.
Available throughout the summer and into the fall.
