Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards is seeking to hire a student employee to provide office support. The job duties will include but not limited to, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, making copies, research, special projects, and assignments as needed. Preference will be given to someone who can work 15 to 20 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Candidate must be able to work in blocks of at least three hours Monday through Friday. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Duties:

  • 60% - Provide office support by greeting visitors, directing visitors to the correct office, answering the phone, and other administrative duties. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Assisting with file management - (Essential)
  • 20% - Provide support to office staff through special projects. - (Essential)

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
