Job Summary/Basic Function: |
The School for the Digital Future (SDF) Senior Student Success Advisor is an essential on-campus point of contact for interested, admitted, and enrolled students in the hybrid Digital Innovation and Design (DI+D) program, the in-person Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS; also known as 3D) degree, and other SDF programs. Also partners with staff from the Enrollment and Student Success team in Extended Studies, the COAS Academic Advising and Student Services teams, other student support offices at Boise State, and relevant academic departments to create a cohesive, transparent experience for hybrid and in-person students in the School for the Digital Future from the time of inquiry to graduation. |

Recognized subject matter expert who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field with limited oversight from managers. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; requires deep job knowledge of area typically obtained through higher education combined with experience. Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. |

Salary and Benefits: |
$57,200 - $62,000 depending on experience.
