Job Summary

We are looking for a Student Services Coordinator to provide project management and operational support to student experience programs and foster a sense of community within the Stamps students. You will also work with faculty and staff committees on major programs and events that support student engagement and success. You will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer service experience in the Stamps main office and will report to the Assistant Dean for Admissions and Student Services with additional support to the Associate Dean for Academic Programs.

Responsibilities*

You will:

  • Use your project management skills to support committees including building and managing project plans, timelines, resources and ensuring task completion.
  • Support major student life programs and curricular experience by ensuring completion of Commencement, Experience Expo, Undergraduate Juried Exhibition, Big Idea Award, Winter Awards, Sophomore Year Review, Senior Integrated Project, and new initiatives.
  • Communicate with all levels of our organization to ensure program, projects and tasks are completed to support student success
  • Build a welcoming, supportive experience in the main office by supervising a team of front desk work study students including hiring, training and guidance.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate travel and reconcile expenses.
  • Work with diverse teams across the school including faculty, staff and students
  • Be a back up staff member at our front desk.

Required Qualifications*

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience building or contributing to a positive environment/community.
  • Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion with a focus on the student experience.
  • Advanced proficiency using Google apps, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
