Job Summary
Tutor Job Description :
Demonstrate proficiency in subject areas by leading tutoring/study sessions and effectively communicating knowledge, ideas and concepts.
There is no set weekly schedule for this position. It is one-on-one tutoring, by request (two hours per week, per student).
Position Requirements:
Abiltiy to communicate clearly
Patience and a passion for helping other students succeed academically
PNW Professor's recommendation in subject being tutored
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Minimum grade in course being tutored of 3.0
Rate of Pay and Benefits :
$10.00/hr.
