Student Resources Navigator

Responsible for cultivating and connecting students to federal, state, and college resources that include communication plans and referral processes while also providing access to online and in-person wraparound services.

Provide case management for individual student needs with designated data system(s).

Collaborate with student organization Groups in identifying students needing additional access to external community resources.

Participate in ongoing evaluation and revision efforts to ensure appropriate and effective support for prioritizing students' basic needs.

Conduct follow-ups as needed to ensure students' needs are met and provide additional referrals if needed.

Develop a process for students that includes appropriate assessment and presentation of thecolleges' and community resources available.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with various civic, corporate, community, andeducational organizations and groups.

Create activities to supplement and support awareness and advocacy programs.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other related fields of study.

Experience managing community and school-based opportunities foracademic development, assisting students with basic college requirements, and motivatingstudents toward completing their postsecondary education.

Flexibility to exercise professional judgment and leadership, including the ability to work independently.

3 years working in a family, school, agency, or social work environment connectingindividuals to resources.

Licensed Social Work Associate (LSWA).
