General Description | Assist the faculty and staff in the Family and Consumer Sciences office as directed for the remainder of Spring 24 semester. Must be able to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays from 1 to 4pm each of these 3 days a week. |
Essential Job Duties | 1. Basic clerical work such as data entry, making copies, answer phone, package letters, greet and assist visitors and callers, take messages, check the mail, proof reading, organizing paperwork, etc. 2. General cleaning work such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wipe down surfaces, take out garbage, etc. 3. Oversee certain areas are locked or opened as instructed 4. Run errands across campus as directed |
Education and Experience | High School Diploma or GED equivalent |
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities | 1. Be self motivated 2. Take pride in work 3. Ability to work independently without constant supervision 4. Be a responsible individual 5. Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette. 6.. Be dependable, self-directed and motivated. 7. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus |
