Student Library Assistant - Western History (Summer)

Performs routine library duties at the Western History Collections reference desk. Assists patrons in the reading room. Retrieves and shelves library and manuscript materials on a daily basis. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education: Must be enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status. 

• Must attach current Spring, Summer and/or Fall 2024 class schedule as applicable.

Advertised Physical Requirements:

• Regular bending, stooping, lifting, reaching and climbing stairs.

Department Preferences:

• Some library and/or office experience.
