Performs routine library duties at the Western History Collections reference desk. Assists patrons in the reading room. Retrieves and shelves library and manuscript materials on a daily basis. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education: Must be enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Must attach current Spring, Summer and/or Fall 2024 class schedule as applicable.
Advertised Physical Requirements:
- Regular bending, stooping, lifting, reaching and climbing stairs.
Department Preferences:
- Some library and/or office experience. Aptitude for detailed work, ability to follow instructions, and ability to speak clear, concise English.Special Instructions: If you are selected as a final candidate for this position, you will be subject to The University of Oklahoma Norman Campus Tuberculosis Testing policy.
