Summary of Responsibilities

  • Research Development Intern will delve into the world of cancer research, honing your writing skills in federal grant proposals and award nominations, while gaining exposure to project management and administrative roles.
  • Research Compliance Regulatory Intern role focuses on organizing and managing essential human subject research regulatory documentation, providing valuable insights into compliance principles and documentation management.
  • Web Content Specialist Intern will contribute to maintaining HCI's public website, enhancing skills in web content editing, SEO, and analytics.
  • Communications Specialist Intern will collaborate on various communication tasks, including graphic design, blog post creation, and event planning.
  • Public Affairs Intern  will engage in writing, media relations, and basic design tasks, contributing to HCI's representation to patients and the public.
  • Clinical Trials Office Laboratory Software planning and implementation of a cutting-edge software system.
  • Clinical Trials Office Regulatory will compare documents (FDA 1572 to Delegation of Authority Log), find the differences, and work to correct them.
  • Population Sciences Trials Office Individuals in this role provide support to study team members, from preparing for participant visits to completing data entry. They’ll receive exposure to research guidelines, ethics, and practices.

    Must be a current student at Utah Valley University.
